Lovely and friendly campsite with a beautiful location surrounded by farmland and rolling hills. Two sandy beaches just a one-minute drive away. The showers, though not modern, are clean and always have hot water. The atmosphere is nice and there is a massive converted barn that serves as a bar, adding to the experience. Lots to do in the surrounding area, including a beautiful main beach on the seafront and a country and farm museum nearby.
Some campers lack awareness of appropriate spacing between pitches, causing overcrowding. The lack of staff presence in the field leads to instances of anti-social behavior, such as loud groups and dogs roaming freely.

We had a fantastic weekend at this campsite. The location is perfect, with a short walk to the seafront and only a few minutes from town. The spacious and clean pitches were great for wild camping. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the bar/cafe served delicious coffee and local beer/ciders. The Cowshed was a hit with its table football and pool table.
The shower facilities could be improved.

We received excellent value for our money at the lodge and cottage. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The location was ideal, with plenty of nearby activities for our mixed age group. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful information and making us feel welcome.
The menu for breakfast could have had more variety to enhance the overall experience.
